Abstract:
Sodium polyacrylate (PAAS), sodium polystyrene sulfonate (PSS) phase cellulose acetate dialysis membrane (CDM) CDM-PAAS-DGT phase diffusion and CDM-PSS-DGT device on the water state measurement of Cd (II). Measured the preparation of water Cd (II) in the combined PSS phase CDM the conditions diffusion coefficient and PSS Cd in 2 conditions stable constant; the two DGT device at different pH values ??(5.5,6.5 , 7.5 and 8.5) conditions cadmium ammonia preparation of water available Cd accumulation and measurement; were investigated disodium edetate (EDTA), tannic acid (TA), glycine (Gly), fulvic acid (FA) four organic ligands and Cd (II) under the conditions of the different proportions of the two DGT device available Cd accumulation and measurement; measurement plus standard river and plus S South Lake water the of state Cd 2 < / sup>. Experimental results show that the preparation of water Cd (II) diffusion coefficient Dm (PSS-Cd (II)) 0.8942μcm 2 · s -1 , logK pss -Cd (II) 3.84. At pH 5.5 to 8.5 range, the CDM-PAAS-DGT to build and to measure [Cd (NH 3 )] 2 , [Cd (NH 3 ) 2 ] 2 , [Cd (NH 3 ) 3 ] 2 , [Cd (NH 3 ) 4 ] 2 form Cd; CDM-PSS-DGT can only be accumulated and measurement of cadmium ammonia form Cd (II); Cd with EDTA at a molar ratio of 1:0.5 in the preparation of water, basically consistent with the theory of recovery and measurement recovery of two DGT device available Cd (II), in a molar ratio of 1:1 and 1:2 in the preparation of water the two DGT device can not be accumulated and measurement of effective state Cd (II), CD-EDTA is the DGT inert state. CD and Gly molar ratio 1:0.5,1:1,1:2 and 1:5; Cd and TA molar ratio of 1:1, 1:2 and 1:5 in the preparation of water, with added organic ligands body concentration increased, the two devices on the measurement of the effective state of Cd (II) recoveries decreased CDM-PAAS-DGT available Cd (II) recovery rate is higher than the CDM-PSS-DGT, PAAS PSS related to Cd (II) coordination ability of the logK the greater, the higher the concentration of active state. CD and FA quality of 1:1,1:10,1:20 and 1:50 in the preparation of water, with the added FA concentration increased, both DGT device available Cd measurement recovery , the same ratio of recovery of a difference of 15.42% to 20.49%. This shows that 15.42% to 20.49% of the CD-FA formed complex complex CDM-PAAS-DGT state.
