Abstract:
In this paper, the temperature control system of self-suction gas shuttle kiln is designed by using USB data acquisition card. According to the subject and the experiment required, this paper is divided into hardware design and software design two parts. In hardware part, this paper transforms mainly self-suction burner and smoke damper for power, as well as designing the interface circuit of acquisition card and various motors. In software part, this paper designs mainly controls algorithms and control interface, as well as compiling. The fuzzy PID control algorithm dominate throughout firing process on the shuttle kiln which assemble the fuzzy control of not relying on accurate mathematical model and the PID control of achieved precise control.Because USB data acquisition card can be compatible with Visual C+ +, C++ Builder, Visual Basic, Delphi, etc. function interface, This paper chooses Visual Basic 6.0 to compile control interface. The results of laboratory and scene testing show that: the entire control program can be a steady run, at a specified temperature point, the procedure should be in accordance with the instructions given to control the kiln combustion air volume and pressure, and in accordance with the kiln temperature and temperature changes in the use of fuzzy PID algorithm in real-time on the gas control valve opening. The final results from the experimental point of view, real-time firing curve can better track a given firing curve and the effect of control achieve the desired purpose.
