Abstract:
The traditional PID control principle is clear , tuning , application experience , is still widely used in the field of thermal control . However, with the development of industrial technology , the complexity of the control object is also deepening , some can not establish accurate mathematical model of the control object , the traditional PID control powerless . And the rise of the neural network for the resolution of this issue provides a new way of thinking . Neural networks are able to learn and adapt to the dynamic characteristics of severe uncertainty , strong robustness and fault tolerance , combined with the PID controller can handle those difficult to model and rules described in some uncertain control of the system has been successfully applied . The first neural network and PID , and MATLAB simulation , followed by the establishment of the simulation system to verify the feasibility of the BP neural network PID controller . Domestic Ceramic Industrial roller kiln characteristics and thermal processes , with the help of USB data acquisition card design roller kiln temperature control system . USB data acquisition card is compatible with Visual C , C Builder , Visual Basic , Delphi , etc. function interface . This selection of Visual Basic 6.0 to write furnace temperature control interface . Laboratory testing results show that : the entire control program can run stably , the furnace temperature real-time control , real - time firing curve can be used to track a given temperature point , the temperature control to achieve the intended purpose .
