Abstract:
Based on the gasoline engine ignition coil high voltage breakdown mechanism , the ignition coil insulation package resin vacuum casting technology . Meanwhile, the paper details the solution to the problem vacuum potting and encapsulation techniques . State-of-the-art technology requires advanced tooling equipment to ensure the gasoline ignition coil potting system using MMD (Meter Mix Dispense) Note which is a measure of mixed plastic technology and thin film degassing technology research , development work through a lot of design and testing the H100 potting equipment . Produced by business units run the potting system can solve the the gasoline ignition coil insulation packaging requirements , fully enclosed structure processing the resin material is environmentally friendly .
