Abstract:
The application of fly ash to building materials is not only advantageous to solving the question of environmental protection and energy conservation and forming the new style of the environmental materials.but also it plays a positive role in improving the function of building materials and extending the variety and use scope of building materials.Cementation coefficient P represents that when F fly ash is affiliated in 1 mj concrete, it can offer P F share cement contributed to the concrete strength after certain days cure.Cementation coefficient |3 reflects the efficiency that fly ash contributes to concrete strength. Based on the full knowledge on the aspect of the ingredient and potential activity of fly ash, this article analyzes scientific property and investigates the way it would be utilized, which has important practical significance. Cementation coefficient P is mainly determined by the fly ash self performance. These three factors ,fineness .ignition loss, water demand ratio, have the biggest influences. The article builds the relations between cementation coefficient P and fineness ,ignition loss, water demand ratio through orthogonal test design and gets the formula about them. This will benefit the application of cementation coefficient P and form the relations between cementation coefficient P and the fly ash self performance. We can evaluate the quality of fly ash according to the cementation coefficient P .Researching the formula of cementation coefficient P .Researching the influence of cure age on cementation coefficient P .Researching the influence of additions on cementation coefficient {3 .Researching the theory of the reflection of fly ash..Researching the influence of fly ash on the concrete’s ability to resist chloride ion penetration.Providing a new kind of method to evaluate the quality of fly ash.New points of the thesis:Provide the formula of cementation coefficient P based on fineness ,ignition loss, water demand ratio or fineness .ignition loss.Definite the quantity of fly ash in concrete design according to cementation coefficient P .Provide the method to definite the cementation coefficient P .Provide a new kind of method to evaluate the quality of fly ash.
