Abstract:
Traditional cement -based materials for high stiffness , the majority showed brittle failure mode after using easy to crack the shortcomings , the paper tests on cement-based material mixed with straight wipe currently used crumb rubber and polymer modified so as to explore a with high adhesive strength, high durability of the new direct- wiping material called polymer-modified cement-based rubber aggregate (PRMC) straight wiping material . It can effectively improve their flexibility and compactness , 28 days compressive strength of 50MPa or more, other technical performance but also to meet the \inorganic materials interfacial adhesion and other occasions. This paper also new materials drying shrinkage , wear resistance, impact resistance , resistance to chloride ion penetration and other properties were studied. The theme of this project is to develop polymer-modified cement-based rubber aggregate (PRMC) straight wiping material . In research methods , first through the large number of tests analyzed cement content , gray sand ratio , water-cement ratio on the straight wiping performance of cement-based materials , and to determine the cement-based mix , followed by mixing rubber to which aggregate and redispersible polymer powder, through compression, bending test, analyze them right straight wiping material properties. Finally, comprehensive evaluation to compressive and flexural strength , creased ratio control indicators , combined with economic analysis, selected two groups of fluidity reasonable engineering excellent performance straight wiping Mix Ratio . The technical characteristics of its market than common polymer cement (PMC) straight wiping material superior performance in engineering . In addition, as crumb rubber price is lower than the polymer , it's another feature is used to reduce the mixing crumb rubber polymer mixing amount , resulting in price than the market common polymer cement (PMC) straight wiping material more competitive. This article also through a variety of test methods on the PRMC straight wiping material bonding properties, drying shrinkage , resistance to chloride ion penetration performance and many other projects , the results prove that PRMC straight wiping materials to meet the project intended target , it adhesive strength, drying shrinkage , resistance to chloride ion penetration and many other projects performance than a common polymer cement-based material is more advantageous wiping straight .
