Abstract:
In the seventies of the last century, China’s coal industry has developed rapidly, as a key part of the transport in production process,a large number of coal conveyer belt corridor with steel truss structure had been built, especially in the construction and reconstruction of a large number of coking plants and coal preparation plants.Because of the steel trestle structure’s light weight、good integrity、rapid construction speed,it has been widely used in China’s large-span Coal Trestle. In the buildings similar to industrial buildings, steel trestle structures play an important role.It is known that the reasonable service life of the Coal Belt corridor of steel truss structure and the reinforced concrete frame columns is 50 years, however, the atmospheric environment and the precipitation in the mineral zone pose a great influence on the corrosion of the structures. It is even worse that the impact of the actual work in the sprinkling water dust processes, leading to the corrosive medium of coal dust soaked steel and concrete, greatly accelerated the corrosion rate of angle steel bar parts and nodes of the Coal Belt corridor steel truss, and reinforced concrete frame columns.Structures in many mineral zones have emerged deformation affecting the normal use of the structure, which pose great threats to production safety, so detection and reinforcement should be implemented immediately.As the actual work needs, such situation appeared in Pingdingshan Tianan Coal Mining Co.,Ltd.742 Coal Mine Belt corridor. In the domestic and foreign literature, there has no analysis and research to solve such problems, so we have done some exploratory research and practice, and hope more and more better advice appear.This paper reported the work practice on inspection method of the corridor coal conveyer belt reinforcement structure in the old mining areas,and compared the strength changes of the coal conveyer belt corridor angle steel truss bottom chords before and after corrosion, and the strength changes of the reinforced concrete frame columns, then proposed some relevant reinforced measure.
