Abstract:
Circulating fluidized-bed (CFB) combustion is a kind of clean coal combustion technology because of fuel flexibility, low pollution emissions and high combustion efficiency and so on. However, very little knowledge and research for large boiler combustion characteristics greatly hindered the pace of circulating fluidized bed boiler large-scale. Therefore, establishing the CFBB combustion system mathematical model and using that to analyze the characteristics of CFBB combustion system, which provide some technical support for the improvement of boiler design, large-scale and the solution of the actual operation problems.First of all, this paper considering the CFB flow, heat transfer and combustion mechanism, using lumped parameter modeling method, established the main process mathematical model of the CFBB combustion system based on the theory of combustion analysis.Secondly, adopting modular modeling idea and combining with C-MEX S-function, S-Function module, Memory module, module packaging, and other basic methods, through a rational system decomposition and module design, this paper established a CFBB combustion system simulation module library with the Matlab / Simulink simulation platform support, and used the module libraries to build a combustion system simulation model.Finally, using HG-1025/ 17.5-L.HM37 as the simulation objects did the simulation test, whose results show that the simulation model established operate stably, and the simulation model can meet the actual requirements.
