Abstract:
USBL positioning system utilizes the phase difference between receiving signals ofevery baseline cell to calculate the target orientation and distance. Because thebase array size is small, easy to install, it has a very wide range of applications. This articlegives the hardware design of signal conditioning circuits and digital signal processing circuit.In order to meet the demand of circuit noise, power consumption, bandwidth and phaseand amplitude consistency of the receiver of the signal conditioning circuits, the design ofcircuit has sufficiently considered about the problems such asthe filter circuit form, component selection, circuit design, the gain and so on. In order tocomplete the signal acquisition, data processing and serial communication functions, thedigital signal processing circuit uses a design based on DSP, FPGA hardware architecture.To test the circuit, the results of circuit debugging show that: system works well, signalconditioning circuits and the digital signal processing circuits meet design specifications andrequirements.
