Abstract:
In the paper, the nondestructive test, static test and reliable analysis of wood plywood for concrete form and bamboo plywood for concrete form are discussed.Through the flexural vibration test and longitudinal vibration test, the dynamic MOR was examined, and the Ef (dynamic Young’s modulus by longitudinal vibration method) and Ep (dynamic Young’s modulus by out-plane flexural vibration method) were gained. Trough the static test, the static MOR and MOE of bamboo or wood plywood for concrete form were examined. Meanwhile, it is discussed that the correlation between the dynamic MOE (Modulus of Elastic), static MOE and MOR (static bending strength or modulus of rupture). For wood plywood for concrete form, the correction of Ef, Ep and MOE is very clear, the correction of Ef, Ep and MOR is very clear, when the samples direction is vertical to the wood fiber direction and along to the wood fiber direction. And the strength of vertical sample is higher than that of horizontal samples. For bamboo plywood for concrete form, the correction of Ef, Ep and MOE is very clear. the correction of Ef, Ep and MOR is very clear,, when the samples direction is vertical to the wood fiber direction and along to the wood fiber direction. And the strength of vertical sample is higher than that of horizontal samples.Through statistic analysis for stress and strength, the reliability of bamboo plywood was explored by JC method based on the model about stress-strength. The reliable parameter β was gained, and discussed. The results show it is feasible that using the method of flexural vibration test or longitudinal vibration test to test the dynamic MOE of bamboo plywood or wood plywood for Vertical load template and then to predict the strength, based on which the reliable parameter β can be calculated as the real reliable parameter β. While it is not feasible that using the method of the nondestructive test to test the dynamic MOE of wood plywood for horizontal load template and then to predict the strength and the reliable parameter β can not be equal to the real reliable parameter β. When the distanc l between two supports is not changed, no matter which kind of concrete form, vertical or horizontal, the reliable parameter β of bamboo plywood was higher than that of wood plywood. In other word, when the condition is same, the reliability of bamboo plywood is higher than that of wood plywood.
