Abstract:
In this study, secondary school teachers as the object of study aims to explore the sense of secondary school teachers to support the status quo, and the relationship between the secondary school teachers perceived organizational support and job satisfaction, work pressure and turnover intention regression relationship, is also looking forward to this promote teachers' enthusiasm for work from a new angle, the stable effective teachers measures, supplementary elements of a harmonious organization and management today. This study as the research object Qufu, Shandong Province, three city secondary school teachers, SPSS13.0 statistical software reliability analysis of survey data, descriptive statistics analysis, independent samples T-test, one-way ANOVA analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis examination and intermediary effect, draw the following conclusions: (1) in the secondary school teachers perceived organizational support, the overall level of more than the value of moderate intensity, indicating higher secondary school teachers perceived organizational support; turnover intention, secondary teachers score is slightly lower than the moderate-intensity value, the secondary school teachers is relatively low turnover intention inconsistent with our assumptions; job satisfaction level of each factor score from highest to lowest: interpersonal, work itself, work environment, leadership, management, training, promotion and financial reward; the student factors working pressure, which scored the highest, the highest pressure of teachers in this regard, professional development, the next exam pressure, the living environment more than moderate intensity value 3, is also the teachers facing major pressure, interpersonal lowest score, the lowest pressure of this respect. (2) secondary school teachers of demographic variables on perceived organizational support, job satisfaction, job stress, turnover intention differences. Four variables in the sense of organizational support, seniority, job titles, monthly income differences teachers perceived organizational support, which, in seniority, job, monthly income reached a significant difference; turnover intention, age differences , qualifications, schools, teaching experience, and the duties and monthly income then was significant with differences; job satisfaction, the presence of significant with differences of only the nature of the school, teaching experience, duties, monthly income; work pressure, there are significant differences in only qualifications, grade level, monthly income. (3) secondary school teachers organization supports sense and work pressure, leaving tendency there is a significant negative related, that the organization support the sense of the higher, working pressure, turnover intention more low; significant secondary teachers organizations to support the sense and work satisfaction degree of the presence of positive correlation, that is, the higher the perceived organizational support teachers, higher job satisfaction. (4) secondary school teachers leaving tendencies and work satisfaction degree of the existence of significant negative correlation, the teachers 'work satisfaction degree of the more low, the higher the turnover intention; secondary school teachers leaving tendencies and work pressure was significant with are related, that teachers' work pressure The higher turnover tendency more strongly. (5) secondary school teachers perceived organizational support, job satisfaction, job stress and turnover intention there are significant, there is regression relationship. Which teachers perceived organizational support on job satisfaction has a positive role in the prediction, forecast negative effect on job stress, turnover intention. (6) through regression analysis and mediate inspection found that secondary school teachers, job satisfaction, job stress plays an intermediary role in the sense of organizational support and turnover intention process. In other words, teachers perceived organizational support on turnover intention through job satisfaction, working pressure of work.
