Abstract:
Psychological capital is a positive mental resource the individual has.It is a kindof positive psychology ability, which individual can has and get promoted throughlearning. It has similar the peculiarity of status, and it can measurement can develop.By reading a great amount of papers home and abroad on Psychological capital,This research determine the following goals: Firstly, exploit Psychological CapitalScale in combination with the actual psychological characteristic of college students.Secondly, exploit a false identification scale in psychological capital tests because ofparticipants affected behave in psychological tests .Finally, discuss the differencesbefore and after the false identification scale in college students’ psychologicalcapital.On the phase of exploiting college students’ psychological capital scale. Thisresearch uses exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability andvalidity inspection methods. In the false identification scale of compilation, adoptedin experimental design, generalized analysis, logistic regression analysis, etc.After systematic analysis, The results of this research are as follows:First, the questionnaire of college students’psychological capital constitutes 6dimensions; the reliability and validity of the scale are good. Cronbach’s Karen Bachalpha reliability coefficient of the scale is 0.84. relevant on each dimension and thetotal score are between 0.71 and 0.94. The relevant between psychological capitalscale and the scale of simple way to deal with of negative coping, positive copingstyles are - 0.74 and 0.72.The relevant of scale with well-being and interpersonalrelationship bothering scale is 0.72 and -0.82.Second, The false identification scale constitutes six items. Factor analysis andgeneralized analysis find that validity of the scale is good. It has one factor, the KMOis 0.809, explanation for the scale is 55.858%,all items in the rate of the factors arehigh (above 0.40).G coefficients on the positive and negative items of the scale are0.726 and 0.654. Phi coefficient is 0.715 and 0.620. G coefficient and Phi coefficientof the whole scale is 0.825 and 0.809.Third, before join false identification scale cases significantly higher than thepsychological capital level after using it. Line of demarcation 22, the psychologicalcapital level is significantly higher than the level of 20. This research has the following conclusion: Psychological capital scale ofcollege student is fit for the request of the demand of scale exploiting. It can be usedas a contemporary college students’ psychological capital research tool. The falseidentification scale is fit for the request of the demand of scale exploiting. It can beused in psychological capital tests for screening. In college students’ psychologicalcapital research, before and after the false identification scale, and on differentboundary, the results are different. This shows that the false identification scale canrecognize false reply effectively. Thus ensures the research results are pure andaccurate.
