Abstract:
P204extract zinc from zinc sulfate leaching solution, and it separates zinc from other metal ions and flouro, chloro anions, and plays a role in purifying the solution. But in the process of the production practice it is found that when the concentration of F-, Cl-increases slowly in the zinc sulfate leaching solution, the concentration of F-, Cl-in the striping solution also increases slowly. And it affects the normal production of zinc electrowinning. So studing the behavior rules and reaction mechanise of F", Cl" in the process of P204extraction zinc has important significance to improve the basic theory of P204extraction zinc, and control the technology of selective separation of zinc extraction,and guide practice produvtion.Studing the P204extraction selectivity to Cu2+, Mg2+, Mn2+, Ni2+, Co2+, Al3+, Fe3+in the process of P204solvent extraction zinc, and the behavior of F-, Cl-in the process of P204extraction Zn2+, Cu2+, Mg2+, Mn2+, Ni2+, Co2+, Al3+, Fe3+with the solution maked by pure substances.This dissertation can be divided into four main sections:1.From the test of P204extrac metal cations, it is found that when initial pH=2, the order of P204extraction metal ions is Fe3+> Zn2+> Al3+> Cu2+> Mn2+>Co2+> Mg2+> Ni2+And when P204extract mixed solution of metal ions, Fe3+is extracted by P204before Zn2+, little Al3+, Cu2+are extracted into the organic phase.2.studing the aqueous solution model which containing chlorine and zinc, and, finding the percentage of ZnCl+, ZnCl2, ZnCl3-, ZnCl42-with total zinc is related to cumulative stability constants and the concentration of Cl, and is not related to the concentration of Zn2+. Temperature and solution medium are important factors which can affect cumulative stability constants, raising temperature and increasing ion strength of media can make cumulative stability constants increase.3.Studing the behavior of F-, Cl-when P204extract zinc, finding that little F-, Cl-is extracted into the organic phase in the process of zinc extraction, in addition, a portion of F-, Cl-enter into organic phase by physical process. Washing with water can removed F-, Cl- effectively form the organic phase, so that the percentage of F-, Cl-in the stripping liquid. When the zinc sulfate leaching solution is containing Cu2+, Al3+, Fe3+, little F", Cl" is also extracted into the organic phase.
