Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of hydraulic concrete structure cracks, the types of hydraulic concrete structure cracks are elaborate.Conbining with the measured data, the causes and hazard potential evaluation of hydraulic concrete cracks are explored more in depth with three-dimensinal finite method and mathematical theory. The main contents are as dollows.(1) The causes of hydraulic concrete structure cracks are studied respectively from the two major aspects of the external force factors and non-load factors on the basis of in-depth analysis of the types and characteristics of hydraulic concrete structure cracks and the detection methods of hydraulic concrete structure crack are introduced.(2) Based on the basic principles of finite element, the analytical model of hydraulic concrete structure cracks causes is built with an engineering example and according to the measured data, the displacement and stress are respectively used for comprehensive analysis of load effects on the role of hydraulic structures structural cracks.(3) The causes analysis model about temperature cracks of hydraulic concrete structure are established with the analysis method of numerical simulation in the construction period of high temperature in summer and low temperature in winter. The true temperature and stress distribution can be obtained in the construction period through three-dimensional finite element simulation. So temperature stress can be synthetically analyzed how to influence the concrete strusture crack reasons.(4) The mechanism of hydraulic concrete carbonation is described and the concrete carbonation depth stochastic model is established in combination with measured carbonation engineering data and the actual test results of engineering carbonation depth are analyzed to study the impact of the carbonation on concrete durability cracks.(5)The dangers expression of hydraulic concrete structure cracks are described and on the basis of in-depth analysis of crack characteristics, engineering classification standard of cracks is ananlyzed in combination with the data of crack detection. Then the crack hazard is divided into four classes of slight, general, serious and the most serious and the hazard evaluation system can be built with this classification method, building cracks. With an example, the theory of extension and projection pursuit are introduced to establish the model of cracks hazard evaluation, and then levels and extends of hazard are exactly displayed.
