Abstract:
With the development and progress of computer technology, information construction inChina is also continueing to promote and improve. Emergency command platformconstruction as an important part of the information construction is of great significance tosafeguard social stability and harmony, to reduce the loss of life and property. Eventsjudged as an important function of the emergency command platform, the traditionalimplementations is to “hard coded” the calculation logic into the system or directreference to the document, which greatly affects the system’s scalability andmaintainability. The emergence of the rule engine provides a new way of thinking for thecomplex and changing software requirements.It uses rules to express the logic of theenvents judged, which has better scalacility and maintainability.For the features of the emergency platform,we discuss the detailed design andimplementation of the rule-based event judged function.Then put forward an efficient,flexible solution for events judged.In a engine emergency command platform,firstly introduce the basic principle of therule engine,Rete algotithm,the file structure, properties of the Drools, which lays thefoundation for the implementions of the events judged.Secondly,employ the Drools5.4toimplement the events judged function on the analysis of the functional and non-functionalrequirements,depending on the performance of the system, propose two inadequates ofapplication and algorithm performance and put forward the improvementsolution.Finally,implement the improvement solution, take several experiments based onthe system before and after improvement,which prove rule inproved engine is a reliableand efficient solution.
