Abstract:
Along with the computer technology, the virtual instrument technology rapid development, established by using the network technology based on virtual instrument network control system will be a one of the next development direction of the virtual instrument technology and the monitoring technology. This paper applies advanced virtual instrument technology, in synthesizes in the domestic and foreign existing electrical machinery test system’s foundation, combined with network technology, research and design a set of networked virtual instrument based on non-power parameters of the motor test system for the actual motor production experiments to improve the level of motor performance tests. In view of motor performance test for a major project to complete the task of system simulation experiments, achieving the desired goals, which show that the design of the development of motor non-electric quantity parameter testing system is feasible and effective.This article main research content is as follows: Firstly, the necessary for the non-power electrical parameter test system hardware equipment based on the virtual instruments is researched. Secondly, the research status of virtual instrument is introduced simply, highlighting the virtual instrumentation hardware and software structure and its powerful features. Application of National Instruments NI virtual instrumentation and LabVIEW8.0 as a software platform, the signal involved in the time domain analysis, frequency domain analysis, curve fitting and other steps related programming and analysis, deliver data in graphical display, and store all the data. Meanwhile, according to the actual motor non-power test system measurement requirements, used the principles of modular sub-systems related to the testing program, complete virtual instrument software architecture’s basic procedures and user application design, database settings. Completion of the virtual instrument development environment signal experiment and simulation, and testing completed to achieve the design requirements. Finally, the study of non-power parameters of the motor test system for remote network control method based on analysis and summary of the network control system C/S and B/S mode advantages and disadvantages. And designed the architecture of the network control system and put forward the system structure based on B/S model of virtual instrument network control system construction scheme. According to the production and operation of remote monitoring of motor’s characteristics, through the analysis and comparison of the monitoring system of communication mode, select communication solution. Realize the motor non-electric quantity parameter testing system networking.This test system is a good example of B/S mode network control system, can be used for rotating machinery network’s measurement and control, and has broad application prospects.
